“ Is Astral Projection Dangerous? ” Was the first ( and most burning ) question I had when learning about Out of Body Experiences.

So if you’ve got this don’t worry, you’re not alone.

So….

Is Astral Projection Dangerous?

The short answer is no.

I’ve personally done it thousands of times, and if you listen to other experienced projectors you will hear the same.

Does that mean you won’t find someone somewhere on the internet saying something bad has happened from it? No.

I’m sure if you look hard enough you’ll find someone who’s died from brushing their teeth. But I’m not going to stop brushing mine due to it.

But the reality is anything bad happening is super rare and I’ve not encountered it.

Sure I’ve SEEN all types of amazing and crazy things over my years doing it. But that doesn’t mean that it’s been dangerous.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous to You Physically?

No.

Doing energy work can actually be quite good for you.

And all that extra sleep you get from “sleeping in” to Astral project I’m sure is great also.

Can you leave your body and never come back to it (and die)?

Not very likely. In fact the opposite is true. It can be a right pain in the ass to “stay away” from your body when you’re out since the damn thing keeps on trying to pull you back!

Can you be attacked by “baddies” while you are out and have physical marks on your body?

I’ve experienced some pretty wild things while in an out of body state, and I’ve never had any injuries.

The likelihood is you won’t ever either.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous Mentally?

In my personal opinion it can sharpen the mind, and allow for a greater creative ability.

It also can create a sense of calm and peace as you learn more about the spiritual world and your place in it.

These personal developments do happen over time though, and it comes from much reflection and meditation.

To a large degree Astral Projection is very similar to meditation and encompasses it to allow it to happen.

Unless you have an underlying mental condition you should be fine.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous Spiritually?

Personally I feel that learning Astral Projection is where your spiritual development STARTS.

Sure, it’s good to read spiritual books and have a spiritual practice etc, and I firmly believe this is an important place to start.

But here’s the thing, spirituality is a little like driving a car. You cannot become good at driving a car by reading about it and talking about it with your friends. You need to learn how to drive that car and go see far off places in it!

Many of us like reading books, and telling everyone how good they are at driving cars because they read about a guy, who read about another guy, who read about another guy, who read about another guy… who could drive a car once.

If you want to evolve, YOU need to be the person to drive the car. Not read about someone else who drove a car thousands of years ago.

By learning to do Astral Projection, you learn alot about spirituality along the way.

Is it the only way to be or learn spirituality? No. I’m sure there are many ways to do this.

But is it a sure fire way to get more experience than just reading books? I believe so.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous Spiritually in a Traditional Sense?

Well this depends on your perspective.

If you are in the majority of religious types, then your answer is probably yes (since most religions will say their way is the only way).

But if you are a little more open minded (like myself), then you will see it as the way to liberate yourself from the “blind leading the blind” and find your own way to the truth (without the dogma).

Have I seen and experienced amazing things from Astral Projection? Yes.

Have I ever been damaged, or had bad things happen to me? No.

In my opinion, Astral Projection helps to awaken the divinity inside of you.

So you can see the truth to your being and realise there is nothing standing between you and your own divinity and the source of it all.

Can you encounter fear? Yes.

Can you encounter doubt? Yes.

Can you have an awakening experience, and feel so loved that you never thought such a thing was possible? Yes.

Can it change your life and make you realise that YOU are far more than you have been led to believe? Most definitely.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous?

In my opinion, only if you never learn it.
